Tuna steak with pan-fried vegetables

2-3 basil branches
a little garlic
the juice of half a lemon
a cube of butter
Take a piece of tuna and add over it the olive door, coarse salt, freshly ground pepper, 2-3 sprigs of basil and leave it to marinate for about 30-40 minutes.
For the garnish, grind the zucchini, green onions, tomatoes and garlic and then add everything in a large pan together with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
When they start to brown, add the juice of half a lemon, then the cube of butter. Stir a little more and the garnish is ready.
In a well-heated grill pan, add the piece of tuna and cook for 2 minutes on one side, 2 minutes on the other side, so that in the middle it remains pink and juicy.
