Tomato soup with baked garlic
700 g tomatoes
1 L of soup
1 head baked garlic
100 ml cream for cooking
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Add to the bowl of the blender Ultrablend Cook + onion, baked garlic, basil, tomatoes, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. On top of that, add enough vegetable soup to cover all the ingredients, select the soup program and press the Start button. The cooking time is displayed on the screen:30 minutes. When the program is over, add the basil and cooking cream and mix for a few more seconds until they are well incorporated.
