Pizza four cheeses


For the dough:
500 g flour
270 ml of water
30 ml oil
10 g of dry yeast

For topping and sauce:
120 g gorgonzola
200 g mozzarella
60 g parmesan
100 g ricotta
150 g mashed tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dried oregano


1. Dough preparation:
Put the flour in a large bowl, add the dry yeast, a teaspoon of salt, olive oil and water little by little and start to knead. After the dough has formed, continue kneading for about 15 minutes until it becomes supple and elastic. When the dough is ready, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for about 40 minutes or until it doubles in volume.

2. For the preparation of the sauce:
Put the olive oil over the mashed tomatoes, add dried oregano, a little salt and mix well.

Remove the baking accessory from the electric grill OptiGrill Snacking & Baking . Take a piece of dough of about 300 g, sprinkle the flour on the worktop and spread the dough. Put the dough in the baking accessory, spread it very well on the whole surface and add sauce on top. Then sprinkle half the amount of mozzarella, half the amount of gorgonzola, half the ricotta and finally half the Parmesan.

Grill the accessory, turn on the grill, select manual mode in step 3 (orange light), and press OK. Let the pizza cook for about 20 minutes. When the pizza is ready, turn off the grill and remove the accessory from the grill. Remove the pizza from the accessory using 2 spatulas.
