Fish with french fries

Ingredients

sea bream fillets 150 g
flour
a teaspoon of turmeric
1 sachet of baking powder
330-450 ml of mineral water
french fries
oil
sos tartar

Preparation

Add the flour, turmeric and baking powder to a sieve and pass them gradually through it to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Gradually add the mixture to a bowl, along with the mineral water, and mix well until you get a thick dough.

In a saucepan, add oil and let it heat, meanwhile, give the fish through the flour and then through the dough, then transfer it to the hot oil for 2 minutes on each side.

When the dough is well browned, remove the fish from the oil and add a little more dough over it, then back in the oil for a maximum of 30-40 seconds.
