Leek and potato soup


500 g leek
300 g potatoes
1 liter of vegetable soup
1 teaspoon herbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic


1. Put the leeks, potatoes, garlic cloves, olive oil, herbs, pepper and salt in the blender bowl Ultrablend Cook .

2. Add enough vegetable soup to cover all the ingredients. Select the soup program and press Start. The cooking time is displayed on the screen:30 minutes.

Tip:You can replace vegetable broth with water
