Juicy chicken with herbs
1.5 kg whole chicken
1 head of garlic
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon pepper with lemon
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons oil
a little salt
For starters, we will mix the necessary spices for the chicken as follows:oil, salt to taste, granulated garlic, paprika, pepper with lemon, turmeric, mustard and the juice of half a lemon.
We will add the chicken in the bowl where we mixed the spices and we will spread the mixture on the entire surface of the chicken, both outside and inside.
After, we will add the aromatic herbs inside the chicken, we will add the other half of lemon and garlic heads.
To cook the chicken, we will use the fryer Tefal Easy Fry Classic . Set the temperature to 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
After the 30 minutes have passed, we take out the chicken and we will turn it on the other side to cook it in the same parameters.
