Sea bream fillets

Sea bream fillets

Ingredients

golden tabs
olive oil
butter
salt
pepper

Preparation

Season each side of the fillet with salt and pepper and use a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Add a little olive oil to the hot pan. Add the fillet with the skin down and press it with a spatula so that the fish makes good contact with the pan for about 2 minutes.

Turn the fish on the other side and add a cube of butter to the pan and start stirring so that the butter together with the oil browns the meaty part of the fish.

After 1 minute, take the fish out of the pan and serve it with a fresh salad.
