Ingredients

500 g boneless chicken breast
500 g of chicken liver
2 bunches of green onions
1 link green garlic
2 green dill ties
4 hard boiled eggs
5 raw eggs
salt
pepper

Preparation

First I washed and cleaned the livers. I boiled them and let them boil for 20 minutes, after which I drained them and washed them in cold water.

I received a shredder from my friends at Tefal, the TEFAL HV4 shredder, with which I chopped the chicken.

I put the minced meat in a large bowl, I added the finely chopped onion, dill and garlic and the livers cut into large pieces. I put the raw eggs, salt and pepper and mixed the composition.

I added large diced eggs to the composition and mixed lightly.
I put the composition in a form of Tefal cake greased and wallpapered and leveled with a spoon.

I put the tray in the hot oven over low heat for an hour. It should brown nicely on top.

I let the liver cool well in the form, then I turned it over on a plate, decorated it and served it.
