Cauliflower cream soup

Ingredients

600 g cauliflower
300 ml milk
1 head of garlic
50-60 g butter 82% fat
a little nutmeg

Preparation

In a saucepan, add the milk, garlic clove, butter, nutmeg, then let them heat for a few minutes.

In the blender container Tefal UltraBlend Cook add the cauliflower and the warmed milk earlier (including the garlic if you wish). Select the soup schedule, set the timer to 30 minutes and you're done.
