Cannelloni with meat


For the tomato sauce:
1.5 kg of tomatoes
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
a few basil leaves
3 sliced garlic cloves

For the filling:
0.5 kg of veal leg
250 g of cannelloni pasta
1 finely chopped onion
120 g of ricotta
120 g of mozzarella
30 g of parmesan
1 diced carrot
1 or
2 tablespoons olive oil


For starters, we will prepare the tomato juice with the help of the meat mincer Tefal HV8 Plus .

Put the olive oil in a large preheated pan, add the garlic and cook for about a minute. Add the tomato juice, whole basil leaves, salt, pepper and let the sauce boil for about 20 minutes.

While the tomato sauce is boiling, we can take care of the meat that we will also chop with the help of the Tefal HV8 Plus meat mincer.

For the filling, put the oil in a preheated pan, add the onion, carrot, pepper, salt and cook the vegetables for 5 minutes until soft. When the vegetables have softened, we can add the minced meat and cook for about 20 minutes. Once the meat is ready, we will leave it to read for 30 minutes.

Over the chilled meat and vegetables, add ricotta, parmesan and egg and mix everything well. With a teaspoon we will fill each paste with prepared filling.

In an oven tray, we can base about half of the tomato sauce over which we put the stuffed pasta and add the tomato sauce again. At the end, add over the mozzarella sauce and cover it with aluminum foil without touching the preparation.

Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes or until soft.
