Salmon and pineapple burger

Ingredients

500g skinless salmon
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon salt and pepper
4 slices of fresh pineapple
4 buns for burgers
Red onion
Lettuce leaves
Olive oil
Cream cheese:200g cream cheese, 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill, 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon dried basil
Avocado cream:1 avocado, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper

Preparation

We start the electric grill Tefal OptiGrill . Select the Manual Temperature program, choose the orange color and press the OK button. After the grill has preheated, open the lid, grease the grill with olive oil, put the pineapple slices and close the lid. We leave them for 3-5 minutes.

Finely chop the salmon (or put it in a food processor) and mix it with the breadcrumbs, parmesan and lemon juice. Separately, prepare a mix of spices:brown sugar, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper.

Form 4 salmon burgers with your hands and line them with the spice mix.

Select the Burger or Fish program and press the OK button. Grease the grill plates with a little oil. When the purple indicator no longer flashes, we can put the salmon on the grill and close the lid. We leave it until the indicator light is orange.

We form our burger and enjoy it.
