Lamb tripe

Ingredients

Honey organs
Milk
Bay leaves
Dry bread crumbs
Boiled eggs
Raw eggs
Onion
Parsley
Pepper
Salt

Preparation

Put the organs soaked in milk with a little salt for 3-4 hours. Then boil them in water with a little salt, pepper and 1-2 bay leaves for about 7-8 minutes (put the organs in water only after the water has started to boil).

Chop the onion and parsley and then, using the Tefal HV8 Plus 11 in 1 , chop the lamb.

Add hard-boiled beaten egg whites, egg yolks, some parsley and onion and mix well.

Put the composition in a bowl and cook at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
