Young croissants with shit
500 g flour
200 g butter
80 g cream
40 ml milk
10 g dorjdie
1 tablespoon caster sugar
15 g of vanilla sugar
150 g powdered sugar
For the filling:
150 g shit
100 g of plum magic
Add warm milk, yeast and sugar to a bowl. Mix the ingredients very well with a teaspoon. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes.
In the bowl of the food processor Masterchef Gourmet , put the flour, cold butter and turn on the appliance until you get the composition in the form of breadcrumbs. Remove the paddle attachment and replace it with the dough hook. Over the obtained composition add the yeast, cream, egg yolks, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Start the robot and let the ingredients mix until the dough is formed. When it is ready, take the dough out of the robot bowl, shape it into a ball, put it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Cut the dough into two pieces, sprinkle a little flour on the counter and spread it, after it is very well spread, take a plate that you put on top, cut around, remove the excess and keep it to use again. Cut the dough into 8 pieces, and at the base of each triangle put a piece of rahart or plum magiun and roll until you get a croissant.
Put the croissants in the pan in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes. After they are baked, let them cool for 5 minutes and give them powdered sugar.
