Apricot and muesli cake


300 g apricots
200 g flour
4 eggs
30 g melted muesli
100 g melted butter
100 g sugar
30 g chopped almonds
a little salt
peel of a lemon
7 g baking powder


1. Cut the apricots in half and remove the seeds. Cut each half into 3 pieces. For the dough, put the butter in a large bowl, add the sugar, salt and lemon zest and mix well with a whisk.

2. Add the eggs, one at a time, and stir until well incorporated. Finally, add the flour and baking powder and mix until the composition is homogeneous.

3. Place the composition in the baking accessory of the grill Optigrill Snacking & Baking and level. Place the apricots on top and sprinkle with muesli and a few chopped almonds to get a crispy crust.

4. Grill the accessory, turn on the grill, select manual mode in step 2 (yellow light), and press OK. Bake for 30 minutes. When the cake is ready, remove the accessory from the grill. Allow the cake to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting.

Tip:You can replace melted butter with oil
