Almond butter smoothie


For almond butter:
250 g fried almonds

For smoothies:
150 g frozen raspberries
150 g frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 banana
4 apricots
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
200 ml of water


Preparation of almond butter:
Put the fried almonds in the bowl of the blender Ultra Blend + and select the nut program. Leave it for 30 minutes. After the program is over, put it in a bowl and then in the refrigerator to harden.

Smoothie preparation:
Put raspberries, strawberries, bananas, apricots, maple syrup, almond butter in the bowl of the blender and finally add the water, which you can replace with milk.
