200 g yogurt with 10% fat
5 separate eggs
100 g semolina
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon lemon essence
a little salt

Preparation

German Easter

We use the Tefal food processor MasterChef Gourmet with the mixing accessory and we add flour, cold butter, sugar, powder in its bowl. baking and salt, then mix well until the mixture has the texture of wet sand.

Then add the egg and yogurt and mix until the dough is formed. We will put the dough in a tray, lining it with the crust dough prepared earlier and we will put the tray in the fridge while we take care of the filling.

For starters, beat the 5 hard-boiled egg whites, adding salt. After we finish with the egg whites, we will take care of the cream, pouring in the bowl, one by one, the following ingredients:cottage cheese, yogurt, semolina, sugar, egg yolks, essences and mix well to obtain a homogeneous cream.

When the ingredients are well blended, we replace the target with the DelicaTool accessory that will help us incorporate the egg whites without losing the air in them. Add the egg whites to the cream, little by little, until completely incorporated.

Add the filling over the crust and lightly level the composition. After that, we will put the tray in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

After finishing the baking process, we will take the Easter cake out of the oven and let it reach room temperature, then we will put it in the fridge.

Polish Easter

For the Polish Easter, we will proceed in the same way as for the German one, starting with the preparation of the crust, exactly as before, only we will add cocoa in the composition. We will divide the crust composition into 3 equal parts, 1 we will use it to line the walls of the tray, and we will put the other 2 in the freezer.

We prepare the same filling, and when it is ready, we take 1 part of the composition for the crust from the freezer and we will grate it coarsely. The grated composition will be used to line the bottom of the tray as evenly as possible, then add the filling. After leveling the filling, we will grate the last part of the crust composition.

We can tray in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

After finishing the baking process, we will take the Easter cake out of the oven and let it reach room temperature, then we will put it in the fridge.

Good appetite!
