500 g lean beef
100 g chopped onion on the robot
100 g boiled and mashed potatoes
1 link dill
1 tablespoon oil
4 cloves minced garlic
1. Put the beef in a large bowl, add finely chopped onion, boiled and mashed potatoes, dill, egg, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix very well with a spatula. Grease your hands with a little oil and form the meatballs.
2. Remove the mixing paddle from the ActiFry fryer pan and grease the pan with very little oil, using a brush. Place the meatballs in the bowl, leaving some space between them. Set the cooking time to 8 minutes and turn on the appliance. After 8 minutes, place the mixing paddle in the bowl to rotate the meatballs and brown them evenly. Let cook for about 7 minutes.
Do the same for the next slices of meatballs.
