350 ml of water
1.5 teaspoons dry yeast
520 g of flour
white sesame seeds
black sesame seeds
10 g of salt
500 g chickpeas
75 ml of olive oil
3 tablespoons sesame paste
5 cloves of garlic
juice of 1 lemon
salt, paprika, pink pepper
Add lukewarm water, then add flour, salt, dry yeast and white sesame seeds. Select program 5 of the bread machine and press the start button to start preparing the bread.
While the bread is baking, we will take care of the hummus.
To start, put 500 g of chickpeas in the Tefal high-speed blender UltraBlend Cook , pour 75 ml of olive oil and add the paste of sesame, garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt, paprika and pink pepper to taste.
Mix at speed 5 for 90 seconds.
Meanwhile, bake the pre-greased capsicum peppers with a little oil on the Tefal OptiGrill electric grill using the Manual Mode, at level 3. Mix peeled peppers with a third of the hummus.
We prepare a pesto sauce of basil leaves. Add the basil leaves to the blender bowl, add two tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt and mix.
Then add 1/3 of the hummus and mix again. At the end, sprinkle black sesame seeds on the bread and serve.
