Gluten-free blueberry muffins


300 g yogurt
250 g oatmeal
300 g bananas
150 g blueberries
100 g maple syrup
50 g melted and cooled butter
10 g baking powder
3 eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
a little salt


Add all the ingredients in a large bowl, except the baking powder and blueberries, then mix well using the vertical blender Tefal InfinyForce Pro 5 in 1 . Add fresh blueberries, baking powder and mix well. Add dough to the molded baking tray, then put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
